Dr Amna Plummer
Veterinarian
Dr Amna Plummer was born and raised in the Houston area. She attended the Debakey High School for Health Professions where she graduated in 1990. After she graduated from Spelman College with a BS in Science/Pre Medicine in 1995, she went onto Tuskegee University and received her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 2000. While employed at The Veterinary Emergency Referral Group, she worked part time at Critter Care Animal Hospital (CCAH) and purchased the hospital in 2004 from the late Dr Katherine Kellner. Her previous experience in the EC gives her practical and experienced talent for internal medicine and emergency care at CCAH. She also enjoys time with her family, horseback riding, traveling to places far away, as well as those close to home and outdoor activities.
