Pet Appointments:

Our patients are seen by appointment only. We can accommodate walk-ins as time allows. If you are going to be late or need to reschedule an appointment, please give us a call as soon as you know so we can take care of your pet’s needs.
We recommend that our clients discuss charges before services are rendered. You will be asked to fill out forms according to your wishes when you drop your pet off for routine or more involved services.

Vaccination and Parasite Checks:

All patients entered into the clinic for routine surgery, boarding, grooming and daycare MUST be current on all recommended vaccines and parasite free (internal and external). The pet’s veterinarian (Dr Plummer or Dr Carmen) can exempt a pet from certain vaccines based on lifestyle and age, but it must be noted by the veterinarian.

Patients admitted with vaccines or parasite exams from another veterinarian clinic MUST have that information upon hospital entry or the pet will be vaccinated with all hospital required vaccines at the owner’s expense, at the time of admittance. All pets with obvious external parasites (ticks, fleas, lice, fungus, and mange) will be treated at the owner’s expense to keep all our other patients protected.

All pets must be on leash or in carriers upon entrance into the reception area of the clinic. This is for the well-being of all pets and their owners alike. Obviously aggressive pets may be asked to wait in their vehicle or outside the hospital until an exam room becomes available.

Payment Options:

We accept cash, personal checks, VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Debit Cards. For those unexpected emergencies we also accept Care Credit. We recommend Trupanion Pet Health Insurance for those that seek health insurance for their pets so that those unexpected costs can be cared for without financial burden to our clients.
Information about Care credit and Trupanion Pet Health Insurance can be found at our reception desk.
