Step 1: Arrival
When you arrive for your appointment, our team will greet you and check in your pet before guiding you into an exam room. To help make your visit more efficient, new client and patient forms are available online in advance. We also recommend sending your pet’s medical records prior to your visit, though we are happy to review copies you bring with you.
Step 2: Pet Medical History
A veterinary technician will begin by reviewing your pet’s medical history, current condition, and the reason for your visit. This helps our team understand your concerns and gather important information before the doctor enters. Completing your pet’s history form ahead of time can help streamline this step.
Step 3: Examination
One of our veterinarians will perform a thorough exam and may ask additional questions about your pet’s health and behavior. If needed, diagnostic testing such as bloodwork or imaging may be recommended. Once results are available, your veterinarian will discuss findings and outline the next steps for care or treatment.
Step 4: Pharmacy & Prescriptions
If medications, treatments, or prescription diets are recommended during your visit, our team will guide you to our in-house pharmacy. We’ll explain how to administer medications, review instructions, and help you complete your purchase so you leave fully prepared to care for your pet at home.

We encourage you to ask questions at any point during your visit. Our veterinary team takes time to explain recommendations, answer concerns, and make sure you feel confident in your pet’s care plan before moving forward.
Step 6: Follow-Up Care
Before you leave, a team member will review your pet’s care instructions, answer any additional questions, and help schedule follow-up visits if needed. Our front desk staff will also assist with payment and any next steps to ensure continuity of care.
